In geriatric rehabilitation, we aim for a swift return of older individuals to their homes following accidents, illnesses, or surgeries. Our interdisciplinary team develops personalized therapy plans, taking into account life situations, goals, and social environments. Physicians and professionals in nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nutritional counseling, and social work collaborate with a focus on geriatrics.
